"The Tallinaio" is a rural estate is surrounded by vegetation typical of the Valle d'Itria, located on the Adriatic coast 10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Puglia, in the countryside of Locorotondo, near to Fasano.

The construction consists of two bodies, one in trulli, originally renovated in 1600 respecting the local tradition and a "Lamione barrel" of more recent construction, but retains all the flavor of life "simple and ancient."
